APPLICANTS MUST MEET THESE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

Mentor Eligibility Requirements
Mentors must be 23 years of age or older
Be a resident of Florida & citizen of the United States or legal resident
Reside within a reasonable distance from the cadet
Be the same gender as the cadet
Cannot be a parent, step parent or sibling
Mentor cannot be living in the same household as cadet

FOLLOW-UP CALL WITH OUR
MENTOR COORDINATOR
Our mentor coordinator will reach out to you once your pre-qualification form has been processed. This conversation will go over the eligibility requirements and answer any questions you may have.

FILL OUT AND SUBMIT OUR APPLICATION
After step two you will receive either the link to our online application or a packet in the mail with our application. Fill it out and submit to move on to the next step.

PERFORM A BACKGROUND CHECK
After our Mentor Coordinator receives your completed application, they will reach out and schedule an interview and orientation for you to attend. Our staff will also provide you with the additional forms we will need to complete your enrollment.

SUBMIT YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Between submitting your application, you will need to fill out our additional paperwork and submit them when they are completed. Our staff will be reaching out and working with you along the way and send out reminders on any outstanding paperwork we need to complete your application.

WHAT'S NEXT
You are finished as you await to see if your cadet is accepted into the program. If your cadet is accepted, you will need to register to a one day mentor training located at Camp Blanding in Starke FL.
